As I sit here with a "Champagne of Beers" I present to you, my wise audience, my wonderful blog on everything beer! After years of working in the restaurant business and a few people telling me I should write about my love and dedication, here I am! I am a craft beer lover, self proclaimed not serious foodie, a brewer, and a master BS'er, all of my skills which I will be sharing with you!
My plan is to let you into my "beer world" and update and inform you of what's new, old, trending, and awful about the Philadelphia and beyond beer scene. I'm excited to present this to you, and hope that you will be enjoying my posts!
